Microgreens
Microgreens are the two-week sprouts of plants, cut and eaten just after their first leaves unfurl. They contain all the nutrients and energy of their full-grown counterparts and when eaten by the handful, the nutrient density is increased 40 times. We grow several varieties: broccoli, sunflower, kale, cabbage, pea shoots, radish, kohlrabi, to name a few.
Garlic Spices, Rubs, & Vinegars
Every fall, after the markets are done, the remaining garlic gets smoked, roasted, dried, ground, and mixed into garlic peppers and salts and rubs. Garlic is also soaked for several months in vinegar with various other herbs, fruits, and peppers to make the most delicious flavored garlic vinegars for dressings and sauces.
Scapes
Scapes are the flowering stems of hardneck garlic. Tasting like a mix of green onion and garlic, fresh scapes can be chopped like a scallion and added to omlettes, roasts, stirfrys, salads, sauces, roasts, and so much more! Fresh scapes are available for about a month in the spring. We also dry and grind scapes that can be used all year long.
”A 1-ounce serving of microgreens contains as much calcium as a cup of cow’s milk, as much vitamin C as an orange, and more vitamin A than a large carrot. They are also high in antioxidants, which can help protect the body from disease.”

Affectionately known as ‘ugly tomatoes,’ heirloom tomatoes come in a wide variety of colors, flavors, textures, and sizes that you won’t see in the grocery store. We grow over 40 varieties, including many that are specifically great for canning or making sauces. Local pickup only.
Huckleberry Gold Potatoes
A new low-glycemic variety that are good for those who are watching carbs and those who are diabetic as it won’t spike your blood sugar. They are also rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Their beautiful purple skin surrounds yellow flesh and taste similarly to a Yukon Gold.
Huckleberry Gold potatoes are "low-glycemic index potatoes that do not cause the rapid spike in blood sugar...That means diabetics and others watching their carbohydrate intake can have their potatoes and eat them, too."
